Supplies:  craft foam, yarn, seed beads, marker, glue, flat-back pin

Directions:  Cut a circle out of flesh-toned craft foam, and another out of

light blue.  Cut the light blue circle in half.  Glue the yarn to the edge of the

"head," and glue one of the halves over the yarn and head.  Glue the "bill" and "eyes." 

Draw a smile, and glue the flat-back pin on the back.
