DNA in a Bag

Supplies:  mini bag, paper, water-based ink pad, wig, red acrylic paint, tape, safety pin

Directions:  Cut a lock of hair from the wig (you can also use doll hair, but it isn't as realistic!). 

Tape the cut ends together to keep it from going all over the place.  Next, roll your finger in

the ink pad, and roll it onto paper.  Cut it out.  Cut out a small half-moon shape (you can barely

see it in the photo) for a finger nail.  Last, put a small glob of red paint onto a piece of

paper.  Use a toothpick to make the puddle better, if you like.  Put everything in the bag,

and add the safety pin.
