Supplies:  shrink plastic, dye-based ink pad, rubber stamps, tacky glue, flat-back pin

Directions:  Stamp the image onto shrink plastic.  Cut out and shrink according to

manufacturer's instructions.  Glue the flat-back pin to the back.
