Tiara

Supplies:  craft foam, felt, glitter glue, rhinestone, tacky glue, safety pin

Directions:  Cut a tiara shape from craft foam.  Glue the rhinestone in the middle, and use

glitter glue along the top for sparkle.  Add safety pin.
