Supplies:  plastic canvas, yarn, blunt needle, ribbon, hot glue, safety pin

Directions.  Cut a thin rectangle of plastic canvas, and stitch.  Bring the ends

together and stitch them closed.  Glue ribbon hanging down from the bottom, and

add the safety pin.
