Frosty Fun

Supplies:  soda bottle cap, medicine bottle cap, batting, mini plastic top hat,

2 black beads, toothpick tip, orange acrylic paint, black chenille stem,

3 black sequins, red ribbon, hot glue, flat back pin

Directions:  Glue the soda bottle cap to the medicine bottle cap.  Glue batting

into the caps.  Tie ribbon between the 2 caps.  Glue sequins to the batting in the

larger cap.  Glue mini plastic top hat to smaller cap.  Glue beads to the batting in

the smaller cap for "eyes."  Cut a bit of chenille for the "mouth," and glue in place.

Paint the toothpick end orange.  When dry, clip off the point, and glue in place for

the "nose."  Glue a flat-back pin on the back.
