Dress on a Hanger

Supplies:  1 chenille stem, felt or fabric, embellishments, tacky glue, safety pin

Directions:  Shape chenille stem to be a full-length hanger.  Cut dress shape out of

fabric, and glue to the hanger.  Add embellishments, and attach safety pin.

Note:  I used a full-length hanger shape to keep the fabric from curling up.
