Supplies:  Bottle cap, cotton batting, wood piece, foil, cloth, tacky glue, safety pin

Directions:  Glue the wood piece at an angle in the bottle cap.  Glue batting

around the base of the wood piece for "soapy water."  Glue the

foil and cloth to the wood piece, and attach a safety pin.
