Supplies:  wooden craft spoon, plastic tablecloth, markers, tacky glue, safety pin

Directions:  Cut an oval and a small circle out of a plastic tablecloth.

Draw a face on the wooden craft spoon.  Make a small slit in the middle

of the oval, and fit it on the spoon.  Use a dab of glue to keep it in place.

Put a dab of glue on the "head" of the spoon and fold the circle over it to

make the "hat."  Attach a safety pin.
