Supplies:  twigs, felt, hot glue, flat-back pin

Directions:  Hot glue twigs in a bunch.  Glue "flame" shapes into twigs.

Glue a flat-back pin to the back.

Note:  This swap measured 6" long!  That's a bit big for a swap.  I think the same idea could have

been achieved by simply cutting down the twigs.
