I received this swap at Silver Dollar City Girl Scout Weekend in 2005.

Supplies:  2 different colors of felt, yarn, hot glue, safety pin

Directions:  Lay the 2 different colors of felt on top of each other.

Roll them up and tie with yarn.  Attach a safety pin.

*note:  This swap is almost 3 inches long, and is hard on the pin. 

Instead of hot-gluing the pin, I would just run the safety pin

through a bit of the felt.
