Supplies:  foam envelope (possibly from jewelry?), ribbon,

small spool of thread, needle, masking tape, tag board, button, safety pin

Directions:  Tape the needle to the tag board.  Put the needle, thread, and

button into the envelope, and tie up with the ribbon.  Add the tag and safety pin.

The tag reads:
